Police Departments across the United States have been looking at ways to increase recruitment.  Through our research one of the many factors that people are looking for is change.  The boring 9-5 desk job isn't cutting it for them.  We partnered with Toledo Police to help tell the story of not only the exciting law enforcement career but the various units within the department.
